Eva Marie Everson

Eva Marie Everson

Eva Marie Everson is a woman who wears many hats. She’s a multiple award-winning author of both fiction and nonfiction works, the president of Word Weavers International, the director of Florida Christian Writers Conference, the education consultant at SON, and the acquisitions editor for Firefly Southern Fiction. But, best of all, she’s a wife, mother, and grandmother. Eva Marie and her husband make their home on the shores of Lake Kathryn in Florida, where they are pretty much owned by their dog and pet chicken.

NOTE: Eva will accept pitches for Firefly Southern Fiction, which publishes work not only set in the South, but with the feel of the South. Southern fiction encompasses stories about her people—the good and the bad—the elements that make her great and those that make her strong and compelling. Submissions should be strong in character, setting, story, and with an understanding of the dialogue and true dialect.

Kim Sawyer

Kim Vogel Sawyer

In 1966, Kim Vogel Sawyer told her kindergarten teacher that someday people would check out her book in libraries. That little-girl dream came true in 2006 with the release of Waiting for Summer’s Return. Since then, Kim has watched God expand her dream beyond her childhood imaginings. With almost 40 titles on library shelves and more than a 1.5 million copies of her books in print worldwide, she enjoys a full-time writing and speaking ministry. Empty-nesters, Kim and her retired military husband, Don, live in small-town Kansas, the setting for many of Kim’s novels. When she isn’t writing, Kim stays active serving in her church’s women’s and music ministries, traveling with “The Hubs,” and spoiling her quiverful of granddarlings.

Connie Stevens

Connie Stevens

A lifelong reader, Connie began creating stories by the time she was ten. Her office manager and writing muse is a cat, but she’s never more than a phone call or e-mail away from her critique partners. One of her favorite pastimes is browsing antique shops, where story ideas often take root in her imagination. Connie’s newest releases include The Love Is Patient Romance Collection (Barbour Publishing, February 2016) and Unlikely Pursuits (Wings of Hope Publishing, March 2016). A recipient of the Inspirational Readers Choice Award, and a finalist for the Carol Award, Connie has been a member of American Christian Fiction Writers since 2000. Connie lives with her husband of forty-two years in north Georgia, within sight of her beloved mountains.
